Lucchio

Lucchio country is a little known but very beautiful and charming, with its original medieval structure. The village consists of a cluster housing "clinging" to the rock, consisting of high and narrow houses very close to one another, topped by a fortress which in the past was used as a starting point for strategic and military control of the road which called into communication the valley floor. The area is surrounded by high mountains, where vegetation is composed predominantly of chestnut.
